Nuki is an independent street wear brand of Dutch contemporary artist CK Chiu, who is now based in Shanghai. CK initially decided to pursue a career in the luxury goods industry. However, he eventually decided to deviate and follow his artistic passion. Years after his decision to follow his true calling, the young contemporary artist has developed his own distinctive style around his beloved character: Nuki the lucky puppy. CK Chiu gets his inspiration for his art through fashion, music, traveling, spirituality and life itself. Based on what was once his own childhood dog best-friend, Nuki stands for positivity and love. Through his works, CK attempts to bring out the most playful and joyous feelings of childhood by incorporating Nuki and merging contemporary art references. #LifeIsNuki
