• We ship your NUKI shirts Worldwide! 
• NO WASTE! We love and respect our environment. We produce your NUKI by order in-house in The Netherlands or Shanghai (Asia orders). Please allow 5 business days for your item(s) to be made before shipment. Each order is shipped straight from our warehouse in The Netherlands or Shanghai. 
• We understand that you would like to have your NUKI delivered asap, but with International Shipping the average time you can expect your NUKI is around 14 - 20 business days (after fulfillment). 
• Please note: customs may charge import VAT or duties on arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We handle your NUKI with care, but if in the unlikely event your NUKI arrives damaged, please let us know so we can help resolve the problem by sending an email to info@nukiworld 

Please do this within 14 days of receiving your package.

Add in the email title: RETURN + #Ordernumber

You need to have the original shipping box, packing slip + photos to back-up your request. Their are no exchanges at this time. Once you’ve sent us an email our customer service will take care of your request and provide any information you might need for return. Products that are used/worn are not eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of shipping returns. We advise all returned products to be sent using a delivery service that guarantees the value of the goods in our original NUKI shipping box.

Use The Correct Address
Nuki World is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable addresses. Before you complete your order, please make sure that your shipping address is complete and valid and that your country's postal service can deliver to your address. While your order is exported by the carrier you choose, final delivery is made by your country's postal service. Please include a daytime phone number where you can be reached in case delivery problems arise.

Import Charges vs. Shipping Cost
The cost of shipping paid with your order ONLY includes the cost of transportation by SF Express/ PostNL. The shipping cost does NOT include or cover any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or any other charges that may be assessed when your shipment is imported into your country. Nuki World does not determine or collect any additional import charges.

By completing your order, you agree to become the importer of record for your order. In doing so, you assume full responsibility for any additional import charges. If you refuse delivery of your shipment, Nuki World will treat the shipment as being abandoned. Nuki World does not issue refunds for refused shipments. Please consider this fact before completing your order.
